Thanks NotCot for such a great post. Looks like Prisons are getting nicer all the time, with more natural light than usual. Of course it still screams &#8220;concrete dungeon&#8221; what with it&#8217;s bland exterior and slit windows, but it&#8217;s a step forward anyways.
